Casting Crowns – Thrive

At the junction you’ve got these two rivers coming together and then you’ve got this tree right in the middle. Growing up in Alabama you don’t see trees like this everyday. While I’m walking out to take this photo this old farmer from the area is walking with me just chatting. He says to me, “you know these old trees like this, they’re strong for a reason. If you take all the dirt away, you would see just as much root as you would reach. ” Roots with no reach is useless. To Thrive as a believer is to have roots that dig in and to reach is to understand our goal.Mark Hall
